Collecting snails in eastern Belgium
Spirula , Volume 405 p. 10- 13
In July 2014 a search for land snails was made in eastern Belgium. In particular ruins were inspected, i.e. those of the castle of Burg Reuland and Orval monastery. Burg-Reuland yielded 15 species with six species not yet included in a Belgian inventory dating back to 1986; Orval yielded 24 species.
